How I Turned UGC Reactions Into 7,978 Users for My B2B SaaS in 50 Days
A couple of months ago, ProspectHalo (the AI sales tool I'm building) had literally zero users.
The product was built. It worked. I'd tested it to death. And nobody was using it, because nobody knew it existed.
So I decided to give short-form content a real shot: simple demo Reels of my product on Instagram, posted consistently.
The first eight didn't do much.
But the 9th went viral.
That one video CHANGED everything. Since then, here's where we're at:

Instagram Insights: 5,189,412 views
One Reel alone passed 900K views.
But here's the thing: the views aren't the interesting part of this story. Getting views turned out to be the easier half. There's a second half that most founders get completely backwards, and it's the reason those 24,317 visitors turned into 7,978 signups instead of bouncing. I'll get to that.
First, let me show you what the videos actually look like. I promise, it's going to feel almost too simple.
When people see the numbers, they assume there's a production team somewhere. There isn't. Every Reel I post is the same five pieces:
Reaction hook + product demo + captions + music + CTA.
Here's what that looks like in one of my Claude + LinkedIn Reels:
